Shown at this year's 2009 Omega Psi Phi Cabaret event held at the Raleigh Downtown Marriott City Center, Raleigh North Carolina, on December 26th. World Tour is just a preview of the up and coming fashions that will be seen on the runway at the North Carolina FashionWeek 2010 Spring Collection (http://ncfashionweek.net), April 1-4th, 2010.
